The 3rd Annual Generation Park Block Party at Redemption Square is on May 7th, 2022 from 4PM to 10PM. All of Houston is invited to enjoy a day of fun and entertainment for the entire family. This year we have partnered with the Lake Houston Rotary, a local 501c3, to support their scholarship and grant efforts for Lake Houston area students furthering their education. Enjoy live music all day long from the pavilion at Redemption Square with performances from local and regional acts. In addition to a selection of food trucks, the restaurants at Redemption Square are open! Come and enjoy Vietnamese cuisine from Bibo’s Bistro & Bar and modern Italian cuisine from Bocca Italian Kitchen. Wash it all down with your choice of beer, soda, or water from the beer garden.
Don’t forget the kids! The Kids Zone features carnival games and activities. We hope you’ll be part of this great community event and help support local students!

The Corvette Raffle
Every year the Rotary Club of Lake Houston Area raffles off a Corvette thanks to Robbins Chevrolet of Humble. This year a 2015 Corvette Z06 Convertible is up for grabs and the winner will be announced at the Block Party at 9pm!

Event Guide
Free Shirt Giveaway: The first 1,000 people that visit the Generation Park tent will receive a free commemorative Block Party T-shirt.
Event Entrance: Enter the event via the driveway between the Parking Garage and the office and hotel. See diagram below. Here is a dropped pin on google maps.
Parking: Garage Parking is located at 707 Redemption Square Rd, Houston, TX 77044. Garage Parking is FREE for the first 3 hours and only $1 /hr after that. The parking garage entrance is located on Redemption Square Rd. It is warm out, take advantage of the shade!
Outside Food & Drink: NO OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINK ALLOWED. Food and drink are available for purchase at the event. Bocca Italian Kitchen, Bibo’s Bistro, and a variety of Food Trucks will be open and serving food. The Beer Garden is serving ice cold beers, seltzers, soda, and water.
Fun Pass Ticket Pre-Purchase Redemption: To redeem your pre-purchased Fun Pass Ticket Packs please go to any Ticket Booth and present your digital or printed out Fun Pass Ticket Pack Ticket (That’s a mouthful) to be scanned in exchange for your usable Fun Pass Tickets.
Where to use Fun Pass Tickets: Fun Pass Tickets can be used to play carnival games and activities or purchase beverages from concession tents. They are not valid at restaurants or food trucks. All proceeds of fun pass ticket sales go to our 501c3 partner, so please get your drinks from the beverage tents to support charity!
Road Closures: Assay Street and N. Redemption Square are closed for the event.
